I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon.

If you have Aetna, Cigna, or Carelon insurance, I can verify your benefits and bill your insurance directly.

I can provide a superbill for out of network clients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and clients are responsible for verifying their own out-of-network benefits and eligibility.

A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need and extenuating circumstances. Sliding scale spots are not awarded based on insurance status. Anyone is welcome to apply for a sliding scale space.
