For women experiencing anxiety and shame who are ready for deeper, trauma-informed therapy work.

Schedule a Free Consultation:
What working together looks like:
1
Free Consult
First we'll talk on the phone to answer any questions you may have and to hear about what kind of support you are looking for. If we both feel like we make a good fit, we'll move forward with scheduling an intake session.
2
Weekly or bi-weekly Counseling via Telehealth
I provide regular counseling for women throughout Washington State as a foundation for our work together, offering a calm and validating space where you can share your story, notice patterns, make sense of your experiences, clarify hopes and goals, and build emotional strength. We meet via telehealth, so you will join sessions from the comfort of your own home.
3
Extended EMDR Sessions
When deeper trauma processing feels appropriate, I also offer extended EMDR therapy sessions for women throughout Washington State (2, 3, or 4 hours), also via telehealth. These longer sessions allow for focused work that can support more in-depth processing and momentum.

About Me
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth counseling and EMDR therapy for adult women throughout Washington State.
It is a joy for me to connect with my clients and witness their emotional and relational journeys. I enjoy working with deep-feeling women who already spend a great deal of time processing and analyzing their emotions and experiences, but feel ready to turn that awareness into meaningful change, greater self-trust, and forward-moving momentum.
My work often focuses on anxiety, shame, relationship struggles, attachment wounds, trauma, and emotionally painful life experiences. I help women better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck so they can move toward a life that feels more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
When I'm not counseling, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband and toddler.
I graduated from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a specialization in Child and Youth Counseling.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Programs. I have completed EMDR International Association (EMDRIA)-approved continuing education related to EMDR, Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), and the provision of EMDR Intensives.
I am a member of the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).
For clients who desire it, Christian faith and spiritual beliefs can be thoughtfully integrated into the therapy process. Whether faith has been a source of strength and comfort or an area of hurt, struggle, uncertainty, or religious trauma, there is space for those experiences in our work together.
